[UrJTAG-dev] svf epic fail on multi-part chain

Y'all could have just supported the HIR and HDR commands, but instead,
I've got boards I can't program in-system because the 'part'
functionality is non-functional. I can program each part individually
out-of system, so all the parts are correct, and lest someone accuse
me of having signal-integrity issues, I can add that the length of the
jtag chain in-system is significantly shorter than the length of
ribbon I use to program them individually. Is anyone willing to
recommend a dongle with better drivers on it than the Olimex ones,
just in case?
